Special Rates / Gift Certificates
We offer special group rates for weddings and corporate gift certificates for all occasions. With just a phone call we can have a day of escape delivered to your door in the form of a spa gift certificate. Your employees and clients will feel appreciated when you show how much you care!
Spa Etiquette
To enjoy your Spa experience to the fullest, we recommend you arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment. Please remember that our spa is "cell phone free" in consideration of others. This is your escape. No children allowed in the Spa unless they are receiving services. We are not responsible for any items left behind. Please check for any valuables before leaving.
Cancellation Policy
We require a 24-hour cancellation notice on all services to avoid a 50% charge. A No Show will be charged full fee. A Gift Certificate will be considered redeemed. If you arrive more than 10 minutes late for an appointment, your service may be shortened (at the predetermined price) or rescheduled in order that we can remain prompt for the next client. Multiple bookings will require a credit card guarantee.
